There are 5 separate plans below showing the site layout and apartment distribution at Parques Casablanca.

All apartments are located on one or other side of the communal pool areas as well as the central reception and facilities area.

The development is constructed on a gradient and our architects have therefore maximised the views from each apartment no matter where it is situated. Plan 1 shows the apartments at the highest level of the development, Plan 2 the next level down, Plan 3 the level below this and so on.

Plan 5 shows the distribution of the underground parking and secure garage area.
